Thinking...

...what I might do with this chickweed:

pesto?
salad dressing?
or straight up with a squirt of lemon juice and olive oil with a few pine nuts?
decisions, decisions.
I'll report back when I decide.but for now, back to work.
UPDATE: It was pesto...almost always... pesto.
