Thankful Thursday

on the count of Three...
Tangible proof that the days are getting longer...

My handsome wood splitting MAN who thoroughly enjoys keeping me supplied with enough wood to keep two stoves going while he's gone (will work for banana bread)

A sunny, freshly painted room...
It served the last ten years as an shamefully ugly catch-all 'storage' space. And it's soon to be "my space" for sewing, writing, stretching!I can definitely see a cast iron day bed in there, can't you? Best part: all the "stuff" that lived there? Released, re-gifted, recycled or repositioned...
ahhhh.

The day bed must be on the opposite side of the room ;)

Can't see the man's breath either...has it warmed up?

haha, I hoped that if someone else saw it, it would really be there!
The chopper pic was snapped on a relatively warm day before the snow and ice hit.Today? definite breath clouds.

What shade of gold is that? Looks nice. Never saw that room. Nice beard Mike

The paint chip says "sunrise beach" and it's actually a cheery yellow rather than gold. No one ...and I mean no one, has ever seen what was behind that door. I'll let you look now.

I see the beach's sunrise out your window
and look it is just past hwy A1A the dune grass
hot white sands

I think I need to run before we get hit by a mountain of a wave!
