I never wanted a rooster.....

but it looks like I got one anyway. It's okay, though, I'm an early riser.

The great news is that since yesterday, he's learned some manners and stopped the awful hissing and it appears like he's made some progress on the social front, as well.
Stephen Stills would be proud...

    :) Clare, it is actually entertaining for me too.Soon after I posted this,he was on the roof of the porch!!I was on my way out and asked him to hold the fort down while I was gone.Maybe he's infatuated with my hens...hmmm. They are curious about him, that's for sure.
